Post Control Integration
Rebuilding yourself after coercive control - with clarity, truth and support.
How Integration Works

Happens Integration work is not completed in one session.
It unfolds over time through a series of sessions that support the rebuilding of identity, safety and internal authority after coercive control.
This is ongoing, specialist work held at your pace.
There is no contract, no fixed program and no obligation to continue.
You attend for as long as the work supports you.
However, because this is deep trauma informed work, regular sessions are strongly recommended. Most women attend fortnightly or monthly.
Sessions spaced more than four weeks apart make the work difficult to hold effectively.
This is a process of rebuilding, not a quick intervention.
Before We Begin
Because this work is deep and specialist, suitability matters.
After booking your first session, you will receive a short pre session questionnaire.
This allows me to understand:
• what you have lived through
• where you are now
• whether integration work is appropriate for you at this stage
• whether another pathway (Sanctuary or Containment) may be more supportive first
This ensures the work is safe, appropriate and properly held.
Your first session is a full consultation where we establish:
• what happened to you
• how it continues to impact you
• what you want your life to feel like moving forward
• whether this work is the right fit for you
Session Structure
Sessions are 60 minutes.
The work is relational, trauma informed and highly contained.
It may include:
• structured therapeutic conversation
• nervous system stabilisation work
• identity reconstruction work
• grief processing
• trauma informed clinical hypnotherapy (where appropriate)
• integration of survival responses
• rebuilding internal authority and self trust
The work moves at a pace that your nervous system can hold.
Frequency Guidance
For the work to be effective:

• Fortnightly sessions - deepest momentum and stabilisation
• Monthly sessions - steady progress
• More than monthly sessions - maintenance only
We will review pace together as the work unfolds.
Session fee: £97 per session
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
You are not committing to a package.
You choose whether to continue after each session.
Boundaries Of This Work
This is not crisis support.
It is not legal advice.
It is not advocacy.
It is structured psychological rebuilding after coercive control.
If you are currently in acute destabilisation, Containment Sessions may be more appropriate first.
Who This Work Is Suitable
For Integration work is most supportive for women who:
• are no longer in immediate crisis
• are ready to face the impact of what happened
• want to rebuild identity after coercive control
• want to release shame and self blame
• want lasting psychological change rather than coping strategies
• are willing to engage in an ongoing process
